Garlic Cheesy Bread

 Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe

So, recently I came across this recipe and tweaked it to my dietary needs ๐Ÿ˜‹ This isn't my original recipe, but I think it is my new favorite bread recipe because it's so simple! It also makes delicious plain bread too!

What you'll need:

- Large oven safe frying pan or large round pan

- Large Mixer (optional, but you will have yo knead the dough by hand for 10 mins)

- Sive (for dry ingredients)

- 2 large mixing bowls

- Parchment Paper

- Aluminum Foil

- Large wooden spoon

- Large Whisk

Ingredients:

- 2 cups (500 g.) shredded mozzarella cheese

-5 cups (2250 g.) flour (flour will be divided parts of the recipe, 2 for first part and 3 for the second part)

- 2 tbsp (4 g.) yeast (active dry)

- 4 tbsp (8 g.) sugar

- 3 tbsp (6 g.) dry coconut milk powder (optional* can make without a replacement)

- 2 cups (500 ml) warm water

- 1/2 cup (125 ml.) melted unsalted (room temperature) butter

- 1 tsp (1/2 g.) salt

- 1 egg

Butter Mixture:

- 8 tbsp (16 g.) melted unsalted butter

- 1 tbsp (2 g.)  dried parsley

- 2 tbsp (4 g.) garlic powder

Directions:

1. Pour cups of warm water into your larger bowl or mixer bowl attachment along with: yeast, sugar, 2 cups of flour and dry coconut milk. Mix together well and cover & let rest for at least 10 min.

2. After 10 min, mix in the remainder of your flour (3 cups), melted butter and salt. Knead your dough for 10 min (once finished, proceed to step 3 without rest).

 3. Make 12-15 dough balls from your large ball of dough and stuff with mozzerella and pinch to seal the cheese into the dough.

 4. Place dough balls onto prepared baking pan or tray, lined with parchment paper or cooking oil.

5. Brush egg wash onto your dough balls and bake at 365°f for 20 min. After 20 mins, take the bread out and cover with foil and bake for another 10 mins.

6. Mix butter topping mixture together and set aside.

7. Once cooked through and golden brown fresh from the oven, brush butter topping and enjoy!
