Gluten-free Oat Honey Muffins

 


Recipe:

-½ cup gluten-free oats
-1 ripe banana
-¼ cup oat milk
-1 tablespoon of honey
-½ teaspoon baking powder
-Pinch of salt
-Cooking spray or oil
-Mixings and toppings as desired

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an oven-safe pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Blend all the ingredients together for 1 min until smooth and well-blended.
- Pour batter into tray or molds of your choice and bake for 20-25 minutes. Then let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before eating or frosting.
